Second Flying Officer

Pilot has submitted 3 PIREPS for that type

(If submission of flight plan is made with PIREP then this will count as 2 PIREPS for that type)

First Flying Officer

Pilot has submitted 6 PIREPS for that type

(If submission of flight plan is made with PIREP then this will count as 2 PIREPS for that type)

Captain

PIlots has submitted 12th PIREP for that type

(If submission of flight plan is made with PIREP then this will count as 2 PIREPS for that type)

Senior Captain

Has submitted 18th PIREP for that type

(If submission of flight plan is made with PIREP then this will count as 2 PIREPS for that type)

Commercial Captain

Has submitted his/her 24th PIREP for that type

Instructor

Has made a submission to EOAC. For exmaple - 'How to fly the Fokker 100' or a navigation manual etc.

Senior Instructor

Has submitted 2 'How to..' documents of the same nature.

Or Has submitted flight dynamics for aircraft type.

Chief pilot

If the pilot has made an aircraft he/she will become Chief Pilot for that type.

• Each pilot is required to submit at least 1 PIREP per month to maintain active rank

• Multiple PIREPS may be submitted at any point

• All PIREPS must be for flights operated by The Alliance

• Each pilot is encouraged to keep personal log of flight hours/landings

• Only EOAC VA aircraft PIREPs are applicable toward TYPE rated promotions

• A pilot may pursue type ratings for multiple aircrafts at one time and there is no specific order in which type ratings should be achieved
